ORDTNANCF NO. 967-84
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KE_NAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUND BY $35R,486.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has reviewed requests
from the City Admir:::;';jtion for appropriations of Federal
Revenue Sharing Monies, and
WHEREAS, determination has been made concerning the desirability
of and the need for the purchase of certain assets and supplies
for the City, and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are available in the Federal Revenue
Sharing Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that
Section 1: The 1984-85 annual budgets of the City of
Kenai be eme�ed to include the items in categories as listed on
Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 2: Estimated revenues and appropriations be
