AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA d
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN A NEW CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND ENTIFLED "STELLAR DRIVE" IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.

WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for water, (lower, and
atreat improvements to Stellar Drive, and donirea to proceed with 1
this project, and 1
WHEREAS, monies for initial financing of thin project are
available in the 1974 Refunding G.O. Bond Fund and the General
Fund Capital Improvement Reaerve, and
WHEREAS, the City expects to anneaa the property owners of the
Iota in the project, with appropriate reimbursement to the
General Fund Capital Improvement Reaerve in accordance with KMC
7.25.100 (a) (2). i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA that the following increases in estimated revenue
and appropriations be mades
