WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration hau approved a tentative allocation of $7340637 for airport ramp overlay and itinorant aircraft parking, and WHEREAS, the City has sotabliuhed two aaparate funds for these improvements that ohould be combined into one fund, barred upon the oingle allocation by the Federal government, and WHEREAS, the City cxpoeto to receive matehiny money from the State of Alooka for thia project.
