More coverage on holideyo and vacations as More follow-up on investigationa that are on -going d. Back-up in the £iaid where two animal control officers are needed as incroanad rooponae time to arcao of complaint 2) Brett Reid unes a high level of diplomacy in his dealings with the public which io an ascot to the Animal Control Program. 3) He in very familiar with the animal problems in this community. 4) He has a good working knowledge of the Animal Codes eetabliahed in Title 3. 5) Since Brett Reid would be coming on duty in the afternoon during weekdayn, the public would have more times to come to visit the ehelter while the othor animal control officer is on patrol or off duty. 6) Having Brett Reid on gull time would allow time for tho Chief Animal Control ©fficor to develop a much needed educational and public awaronoon program. 7) getter security at the Animal Control shelter 8) An on -call schedule for Kenai Dispatch would give both officers time free from continuGas call outs. 9) A full-time employea would result in more and better maintenance of tsa shelter and the animals housed there.
