CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 748-82
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 1981-82
GENERAL FUND BUDGET BY $1,450 FOR LIBRARY DONATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City has received approximately $2,550 in donations
and charges for loot and damaged books, of which $1,100 was
appropriated by Ordinance 738-81, and
WHEREAS, the Librarian has asked that these monies be
appropriated for the purchase of library books, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of City monies be made by Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues
and appropria-tions in the 1981-82 General Fund Budget be made:

Library Donations $1,450
Increase Appropriations:
Library - Books $1,450
