ORDINANCE NO. 753-82

AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "2ND AND 3RD STREETS" BY $148,595.
WHEREAS, the Council has designated that $141,500 of the 1981
Municipal Grant for road improvements be used to finance
improvements to 2nd and 3rd Streets, and
WHEREAS, the City administration has now received bids for
construction of 1--his project, and
WHEREAS, the lowest construction bid is higher than originally
designated for this project, and additional sources of financing
available for such purposes exist in the General Fund Reserve for
Capital Improvements, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of city monies be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made&
