ORDINANCE NO, 759-82
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 1981-82
GENERAL FUND BUDGET AND IN A NEW CAPITAL PROJECT FUND ENTITLED
"DRAINAGE STUDY," IN THE AMOUN12 OF $87,338 FOR THE PREPARATION OF
A DRAINAGE STUDY.
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the City's Capital
Improvements Reserve to fund the project, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that these services be performed for the
benefit of the City, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of City monies be made by ordinance.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF {,
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues 759
and appropriations be increased as follows:
