ORDINANCE NO. 693-81
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE 1980-81
GENERAL FUND BUDGET BY $13,985 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SMALL
EQUIPMENT WAREHOUSE.
WHEREAS, monies have been appropriated in the amount of $41,000
from Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for construction of a small
equipment warehouse building, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has recommended acceptance
of a bid for such construction in the amount of. $49,985, and
WHEREAS, an additional $5,000 will be needed for city's
responsibility for materials, fees, testing, supervision and
rental of specialty equipment outside the banic contract, and
WHEREAS, additional monies may be provided from the General Fund
Reserve for Capital Improvements.
'1I WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of City monies be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that estimated revenues and appropriations in the
1980-81 General Fund Budget be increased as follows:
