CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 719-81
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
DECREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "WATER AND SEPlERf SECTION 36" BY $193,667.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 628-80 appropriated $730,000 of a 1980
Municipal Grant for water and sewer improvements to the Section
36 project, and
WHEREAS, this project is now near completion, and it appears that
$193,667 of this appropriation will not be needed and may be
better used to finance other water and sewer projects.
NOW, THERErORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following decreases in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made:
Water and Sewer, Section 36 Capital Project Fund
Decrease Estimated Revenues:
1980 Municipal Grant (Water and Sewer) 4Q193.667>
Decrease Appropriations:
Contingency
