CITY OF KENAI
ORDINANCE NO. 723-81
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENULS AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE FRONTAGE
ROAD CAPITAL PROJECT FUND BY $12,120 FOR PURCHASE OF LAND FOR A
RIGHT OF WAY.
wiikhkAu, it is necessary to purchase Tract 5, Frontage Road
Subdivision as a right of way for Frontage Road, •end
WHEREAS, monies are available in the General Fund Reserve for
capital improvements for such purposes, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all
appropriations of city monies be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following increases in estimated revenues
and appropriationo be made:
General Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Appropriation of Reserve for Capital
Improvements $12,120
Increase Appropriations:
Non -Departmental - Transfer to
Capital Project Fund $12,120
$rontaga Road Capital Prciect Fund
Increase Estimated Revenues:
Transfer from General Fund $12,120
Increase Appropriations:
Land $12,120
