ORDINANCE NO. 739-81
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
DECREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND ENTITLED "WATER AND SEWER, SECTION 360 BY $183,197
IN RECOGNITION OF A GRANT DECREASE rRom THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 662-81, the City has appropriated
$750,000 of ADEC grant monies toward the Water and Sewer, Section
36 Capital Project Fund, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has notified the City that the ,rant
has been was lowerrthanetheoconstructioncause the estimate,sal contract award
and
WHEREAS, the City has reduced its share of the cost of the
project by Ordinance No. 719-61, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following decreases in estimated revenues
and appropriations be made:
