On completion of the probationary period each employee shall be advanced one step. At sueceedinz anniversary dates, subject to evaluation, employee may be advanced a step increment. The time period no~-mally between steps B to C to D to E to F is one (1) year. The time period normally between Steps F to AA to BB is two (2) years. C. Uniform Allowanee: 1o The' following annual allowances are established to defer the cost of uniform cleaning, maintenance and replacement for seeond and succeeding years of serviee: Poli~e - $250.00 Fire - $175.00 Payments shall be made based on pro-rata service and paid in July 1st and January Ist installments. 2.
