AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY .~,,-' ~.~NAI, ALASKA INCREASIW~O
ESTIMATED REVENUE8 AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,700 FOR TITLE
II, ANTI-RECESSION REVENUE SHARING FUNDS.
WHEREAS, R,,soiuiiui~ No. 75-68 authoz'ized the City Manager to execute the Statement of
Assurances r,..quired to obtain this funding, and
WHEREAS, Federal requiFements mandate that these funds be spent within six months of
racetpt, and
WHEREfl.8, the Council has determined that a temporary position in the Legal Department
is neees~al*y, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting praeticos require that all appropriations of City- monies
be made by erdinanee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of' the City of l(enai, that the 1977-78
General Fund Budget and the Anti-Racesston Slueeial Revenue Fund be amended to reflect
the following increases in estimated revenues and approp~,iaticns:
