ORDINANCE #452-78
AN OI~DINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
IN~EASlNO ESTIMATED REVENUES AND .aPPROPRIATIONS IN THE FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING SPECIAL REVENUE FUND BY $50,000.
WHEREAS, the City of Kensi i~ in need of a building with a grea~e rn~k and
hoist available to the City Shop in order to properly service City equipment,
and
WHEREA~, based upon tnfm, m~tion from the U .$. Department of the Treasury,
adequate funds will be available in the form of Federal Revenue Shat-lng
for thes~ improvements, and
WHEREAS, proper accounting prn~tiees r~lui~'e that all appropriations of
City monies be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF
KBNAI, ALASKA that the following increases in estimated revenues and
appropriations be made:
