ORDINANCE NO. 331-77
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND ENTITLED "AIRPORT MASTER
PLAN" AND BY INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $123,159
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has been awarded a grant in the amount of
$123,159 for the purpose of compiling a Comprehensive Airport Master Plan,
and
WHEREAS, this project will not be completed in this current fiscal year, it
is desirable to establish a separate fund, and
WHEREAS, proper ~ecounting practices require that all appropriations of
City monies be made by ordinence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that a special revenue fund entitled "Ah, port Master Plan" be established to reflect
the following transfers and increases in estimated revenues and approp~'lations,
