ORDINANCE NO, 332-77
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASRA , INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AIRPORT LAI~!D FLWD I~
THE AMOUNT OF $3,010 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAIRING THE OVERHEAD DOORS
IN THE WARM STORAGE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City has constructed a warm storage facility for winter storage
of City heavy equipment at a cost of $47,500, and
WHEREAS, the overhead doors have become misaligned and extensive damage
to the facility is eminent ff thc doors are not repaired, and
{V-riEREAS, revenues in the Airport Land Fund have exceeded the estimate in
sufficient amounts to fund the necessary repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that the following increases in estimated revenues and appropriations be made:

Increase Estimated Revenues:
Rents & Leases $3,010
Increase Appropriations:
Warm Sto~age Facility
