ORDINANCE NO. 296-76
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA ,
REPEALING AND RE-ENACTING CERTAIN ORDINANCES RELATING TO INTER-
FUND TRANSFER{3 AND ADJUSTING T~iE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION.
WHEREAS, certain o~dinanees have been e,o~ted during the 1975-76 fiscal year
mending the annt~al budget, and

it is neeessaz, y to re-enact these em. taln ordinances amending the budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Kenal, Alaska,
as follows:
