ORDINANCE NO. 308-76
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE Crl'~' OF KI~NAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSTALLING HEAT
AND ELECTRICITY IN THE CITY WARM STORAGE FACILITY.
WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary that heating and lighting
be installed in the City of Kenai's equipment warm storage facility; and
WHEREAS, the in~__ l!_ntion oi' heat and lights must be completed prior to
weather to insure proper winter storage of City heavy' equipment.
I~OW, THEREFORE, BII IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF It~NAI, that the following transfers of monies be made in orde~
to facilitate the purchasing of proper materfala and installation thereof
for heating and lighting equipment in the warn storage facility:
