ORDINANCE NO. 321-76
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, E8TABLISHING
A CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND ENTITLED FOREST DRIVE WATER LINE AND INCREASING
ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATION8 IN TIlE AMOUNT OF $105,333.
WHEREAS. the City of Kenai has accepted a grant in the amount of $52,667 from
the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, for the construction
of the Forest Drive Water Line, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai is matching this grant by contributing $52,667 from pro-
ceeds of the 1974 Refunded Bond Issue, end
WHEREAS, proper accounting practices require that all appropriations of City monies
be made by ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska,
that the following increases in Estimated Revenues end Appropriations are hereby
made:
Capital Projects Fund: Forest Drive Water Line
