ORDINANCE NO. 276-75
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF KENAI TO PROVIDE THAT CUSTOMERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF WATER AND 8EWBR CONNECTION8 AND EXTENSIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Kenai, Alaska, as follows:
Section 1. Section 17-54 of the Code of the City of Kenai, Alaska, is hereby
amended to read in its entirety as follows:
The customer shall be responsible for the mg~ntenance, repair and
alterations, to his water service connecticns and extensions. Customer
shall keep such extensions end connections in good uepair. If, upon
reasonable notification by the City, the custome~ fails to make the
necessary repairs in accordance with all applicable Ordinances of the
City of Kenai, the City may make such repairs at the customers expense.
The customer will be responsible for all frozen water service connections
end extensions.
Section 2. Section 17-$I of the Code of the City of Kenai is hereby amended to read
in its entirety as follows:
