The Code of the City of Kenat, 1963, as amended, shall be further amended to add the Following section to Kenat Code, Section 1-20, as follows: (b) "~'my department heads appointed by the city administrator shall, subject to other requirements of personnel policy of the City of Kenat, be final only after City Council ratification o~ such appointment of the department head so appointed." Sectton g. The existing first paragraph of Kenat Code, Section 1-20 shall be labeled as subparagraph "(a)". City ~easure~ - Finance Director: Section 1-226. "Appoint~ent"'of the City ~eas~rer - ~inance Director, shall be by the City Manager, with the approval o~ ~ounctl. (C).
