the City highways and r£~hts of ways under their own power, a~d
WHERLA$, this movement of said vehicles is doin~ damage both to
private and public property.

ALASKA:
The Code of the City of Kenal is hereby amended by adding ~he~.~o
the followin~ words:
"Section 19-136. No person shall operate a tracked vehicle with
any type of metal lugs, includin~ all bulldozers, but no restmicted
to that vehicle, on any of the streets, alleys or rights of way
within the corporate limit~ of this City for the purpose of trans-
portation.
~Penalties for violation of this section shall be as for other
violations under this Chapter."
Lmergency Declared:
An emergency is hereby declared to exist and the rules governing
the intro4~et~ of, reading, passage and approval o£ this ordinance
are here~y suspended and this ordinance shall be effective
mediately upon its passage.
