After written notlfleatlon to the City of a committee's sc]ectfon the committee will be considered the ares reprezentatlves unless a nubsequent meeting of the majority of the property holders shall select successors. Bectlon ]4-~C. In thc event any of the uses prohibited by this ordinance are discovered then the City shall: 1. Refuse issuance of a building permit until the proposed eon- struetion is brought within acceptable standards. 2. Deny connection to City water and sewer. Failure to comply with the requirements of the building permit within the speeifled period of time shall result in disconnection from City water and sewer. 3. Opposition by the City to use of any ~round water for domestic or other uses by drillinz of a well, etc.. q.
