AfENDING THE ZONING flAP OF THE CITY OF KENA! TO CONFORN TO RECORDED PLATS OF
THOHPSON PARK SUBDIVISION ANO BUSH LANES SUBDIVISION AND DECLARING AN EHERG[NC'
HHEREAS, the most recent revtstofl of the zontng ordinance of the City
resulted tn an inadvertent change to permtssable use of land as Indicated on
recorded plats of Bush Lanes Subdivision as amenG:d by zontn~ change number
ano Thompson Park SubGtvtston as amended by zontng change number two.
kHEREASo where public nottce has been published and it has been deter°
mtned that an equitable remedy for the above-described actton would be to
adopt as the zoning, for the real property in question, the land uses ~ndtcatet
on the recorded plats of the satd subdivisions,
NON THEREFORE. be tt ordatned by the Counctl tf the City of Kenat
as follows:
Sectton 1, Zt ts determined to be ecluttable and for the conventenc~----'=~
and welf~rn 01't~e affected property owners to accomplish a zoning change for
the lan~ uses Indicated on the recorded plats of Thompson Park Subdivision as
amended by zontng change number two and Bush Lane~ Subdivision as amended by
zontng change number one from the zontng classification prevailing prtor to
passage of thts ordinance to a classification conforming to the use Indicated
on the said plats.
Section 2. That the Ctty Clerk ts dtrected to make the above changes
on the oT~ctal zontng map as dtrected by the passage of thts ordinance.
Section 3. That thts ordinance describing an ~mendment to the zontng
map of th'e Ci~y ~f Kenat. alaska shall be ftlled tn the offtce of the City
Clerk and be noted or otherwise tndexed, as a part of the satd "Zoning Map"
of the Ctty of Kenai, Alaska. That thts ordinance is not a change of the
Kenat Code, 1963.
~c~ton 4. EMERGENCY DECLARED. An emergency ts here~y declared to
extst and'~e rules governing the Instruction, readtngo passage and approval
of this ordinance are hereby suspended and this ordinance shall be effective
Jmmed~tely upon 1ts passage.
