ELECTRIC LIGHT AND POWER REVENUE BONDS $ 300,000.00 Shall the City of Kenai, Alaska, for th~ purpose of providing funds necessary to acquire an additional increment of electric Light and power distribution system and for extending, improving and repairing the existing system of the City issue its electric light and power revenue bonds in the principal sum of $300,000.00, said bonds to bear interest at rate not to exceed six per cent per annum, to within thirty year~ fr~ date of issue, and to be paid, both principal and interest, solely from the revenues of the electrical system of the City of Ken$t, or ~s more specifically provided tn Orditmnce No. .-67, adopted January , 1967. Notice of the election shall be published once a week for not less than three consecutive weeks and the first notice thereof shall be published not less than twenty (20) days prior to said special election.
