THE CITY OF KEUAI, ALASKA, ORD~If~S:
Section 1. That Section 1, of Ordinance .o. 5, of the City
of Kenat, Alaska, shall be amended to add thereto tile following:
((Z)(8) Park any automobile or aircraft in any area contrary
to ~he designation for that area on the Kenat f~untctpal Airport,
the lands of the Kenat l*untctpal Airport Terminal S~stem, or fat1
to obey the proper regulations for the control1 of ground traffic
as established by the Airport Uanager or his designated represent-
ative. Shatd Airport ~;anager or his designated representative
shall be vested ~tth full police po~ers under the authority of this
City to enforce the provisions of this section.
Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to extst and the
rules governing the introduction, reading, passage and approval of
this ordfflance are hereby Suspended and t~is ordinance shall be
effective Immediately upon its passage and approval. Posting of
this ordinance shall he made by posting a copy thereof on the City
Counctl Bulletin Board for a period of ten (10) days following passage.
