6b-~28, the Cit~ of Kenai, Alaska (hereinafter called the "City'),
acquired fr~ the United $~ttes off ~neriea "all those certain lands
eolpria~ng the Kenai Airport, Kenal, Alaska, located in T. 5 ~.,
Re ll W.~ and T. ~ ~., Re 11 ~., S.M., north and northwest of the
To~n ~te of Ke~ai, Alaeka, situated in the £enai Eecording Precinct,

195~ pu~ant to Ordinance No, 81-65 and other proceedings duly and
regularly taken, the qualified voters of the Oity authorized the issuance

riding OAnds necessary to oonstruet airport terminal facilities,
inoluding, bat not limited to, ~irport terminal build~ng, motor vahicle
parkir~, approaches to the terminal building, necessary utility syst~s
and necessary fixed equipment of the Kenai Municipal Airport of the

that the principal of and interest on such bonds would be p~vable
~olely from the revenues of such airport terminal facilitie$'~ and

airport area not needed for such terminal f~cilities, landing strips and

the election residents of the City of Eenai, Alaska.
c. They met be able to read and write the Engli~ language, as
prescribed I~ law, unless prevonted b~ physical disability.

e. They must be registered in the runner prescribed in
Sections 6-3, ~-~, 6-2, 6-6, 6-7, and 6-8 of the Code
of the City of Xenai, 1963.
