BE IT OI~DALI~EI) BY THE COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF KENAI, ALA3~:
Sectfonl. - That Ordinance ~:?'~ of the City of Kenai,
which said Ordinance formally declared the inC'e~t of the City with respect
to taxation of person~,l property, is hereby repealed,
Section 2.-It fs the intention of this repealfn~ ord£n~nce that ic shall
lmve retr~eccive effect to 30 December, 1964, so that upon adoption of
this ordinance, it will be dee~ed that the exemption of personal property
~eas never in effect at any ti~ne du~in~ the calendar year 1965.
