OUS PBO¥ISIONS Section I.I~L ACTS GI~N~RALLY; DEFINITIONS It shall be unla~ul for any person to (a) Bngage in any illegal occupation or bus,ness; (b) Be upon any public street or in any place in a state of dtunkermess or intoxication, and no person s~all be on any private premises in a state of drunkenness or intoxication in such mmme~ ~ to b~ o~vlou~ly visible and offensive to the publtc~ (c) Bngage in any indecent, ~...--~oral or obscene conduct in any street, alley or public place; (d) Discharge any £irearm or air rifle within a one mile radius of the ~anai Post Offices or intentionally point or ain any firearm or other dangerous weapon loaded or otherwise at any personl (e) Bngage in window peeping; (f) Beg in any street, alley or public place; (g) Jostle or roughly crowd people unnecessarily in any street~ alley or public place; (h) ~very able-bodied person ~ho, not havin~ visible means to maintain himself, lives idly ~ltl~ut employment, who is found loitering or ranblin~ about the streets, alleyss depots, terminals, or other public placess or lodging in ca~a, grocerys outhouses, sheds, stables, in the open air, or other places other than such as is kept £or lod~ing purposes without the ;urmission of the owner or party entitled to possession thereo~ not giving a good account of himselfl every person ~ound in publio places begging, and every lewd and dissolute person who lives in or about houses of ill fa~e and every connon prostitute and every person ~Y~ all torquer h~self i~i a vlulent, riotous or disorderly manners or uses any abusive language in any street, alley, house or place whereby the peace and ~ulet of the neighborhood or the vicinity may be disturbed~ shall be deemed ~ullty of vagrancy and shall be punished, as provided in Section l.~2of this ordinance; (i) ~ake an ~oral exhibition or exposure of his person; (J) Utter any profanity, indecent or improper language in a public placel (k) Printo engrave, sell, offer for sale, give away, exhibit or pub- liah or have in his possession for any suc~ purpose~ any ob~¢es~es le~, la,el- vi,uss imiecent or i~mo~est book, ~amphlet, paper, picture, c~st statuary, image or representation or other article of an indecent or immoral nature~ or any book~ papers print, circular or writing made up principally o£ pictures or stories of immodest deeds, lust or crime, or exhibit any such article ~ithin the view of any paaserby; ORDINA~(~I~Oo 5 (1) Msliciousiy destroy or injure any public property or any private property not his own; (m) Accost a person or endeavor to e~tice him into an automobilej (n) C~cate a distuzbance in a public place or at any la~ful assembly; (o) Coeuntt assualt and battery; (p) Make any breach of the peace~ (q) Attefld or frequent an? place in wl~Lch an illegal business is permitted or conducted; Solicit a person for the purpose of co~ittinG any illegal act; (s) Resist arrest by a police officer or assist a person in custody of a police officer to escape; (t) Carry a concealed firearm or deadly weapon on his person; (u) Steal any property of a value not exceeding thirty-five dollars; i.e., coa~tt petit larceny as defined by common law; (v) Interfere with, obstruct, mutilate, conceal or tear down any official notice or placard posted by any city officer without permission from said officer; (w) Impersonate a police officer or, without authority, attempt to exercise his powers; years; (x) ~11 cigarettes or tobacco in any form to cbtldrefl under ei~hteen (y) Subdivide any lot, tract or parcel of land or to dispose of or sell cz in any manner grant any po~tion o£ a lot, tract or parcel of land with- ~It first hsvt,g obtained the approval Of tbs Planning Commission o£ the City.
