RESTRICTED USE OF BUS ~TOPS AND TAXICAB STANDS No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle other than a bus in a bus stop or other than a taxicab stand when any such stop or stand has been officially designated and appropriately signed. PROVISIONS APPLY TO A~L I;EHICLES The provisions of this article w.hich refer to equipment of moto~ vehicles operated upon the streets and highways within this city shall apply to all vehicles, whether publicly or privately o~ed, when operated upon the streets or highways ~cluding all authorized emergency vehicles, except where specific e~emption or provi~ion !s made ~elating thereto. O VIOLATIONS BUREAU Section 1, TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU ~tEATED (a) The Oity Magistrate shall establish a traffic vio- lations bureau to assist the cou~t with the clerical ~rk of traffic cases. The bureau shell be in charge of such person or persons end shall be open at such hours as the magistrate may designate. (b) The magistrate shall designate the specified offenses under the t~effic o~inances of this city ~n respect to which payments of fine&may be'accepted By the traffic violati~m bureau in satis- faction thereof, and shali ~oifyby suitable schedules the amount of ~uch fines for first, second and subsequent o~fenses, provided such fines are within the limits declared by law or ordinance, and shall ~A~ther specify what number of such offe~mes shall require appearance before the magistrate.
