RESOLUTION NO. 2002-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $7,397 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR PURCHASE OF A
CEMETERY FENCE.
WHEREAS, the FY 2002 Beautification DePartment budget included $18,000
for a cemetery fence; and,
WHEREAS, the bids for the cemetery fence came in higher than the amount
budgeted for the project; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the General Fund Contingency account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
General Fund
From: Non-Departmental- Contingency
$7,397
To: Beautification- Improvements other than buildings
$7,397
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 19th day of
June, 2002.
