RF~OLUTION NO. 2002-78

A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $8,800 IN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL ENTERPRISE FUND FOR
ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the terminal elevator needs certain equipment related to the alarm
system upgrade to meet fire code; and,
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Contingency Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
Airport Terminal Enterprise Fund
From: Contingency
$8,800
To' Maintenance and Repair
$8,800
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 4th day of
December 2002.
