RESOLUTION NO. 2001-26
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA,
TRANSFERRING $16,000 TO PERSONNEL SERVICES FROM CONTINGENCY IN THE
M & O DIVISION OF THE AIRPORT.LAND SYSTEM SPECIAL REVENUE FUND.
WHEREAS, the personnel services account budgets of the M & O Division of the
Airport Land System Special Revenue Fund need to be increased to cover the rest of
this year; and
WHEREAS, the shortfall is due to more street department time charged to the airport
than anticipated and the budget for workers compensation was underestimated; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the contingency account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the following transfers be made in the M & O Division of the Airport
Land System Specie Revenue Fund.

To: Personnel Services
