RESOLUTION NO. 2000-34
Administration
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, AWARDING
THE BID TO TRI CITY'S CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR CONCRETE REPAIRS - 2000 FOR
THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $40,894.
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on June 14, 2000:

WHEREAS, the basic bid includes approximately 400 LF of curb and gutter and the
additive alternate includes 1,500 SF of sidewalk plus 140 SF of 6-inch driveway; and,
WHEREAS, Tri City's Construction, Inc.'s bid meets the bid specifications; and
WHEREAS, the recommendation from the City Administration is to award the bid to
Tri City's Construction, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined that Tri City's
Construction, Inc.'s bid is a responsible bid and award to this bidder would be in the
best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, sufficient monies are appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the bid for Concrete Repairs be awarded to Tri City's Construction, Inc.
for the total amount of $40,894.
