RE~OLUTION NO. 2000-35
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $12,000 IN THE '99 STREET IMPROVEMENT CAPITAL
PROJECT FUND FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT ENGINEERING.
WHEREAS, the intersection of Mission, Upland and Cook Streets at Erik
Hansen Scout Park needs to be upgraded to improve drainage and paving; and
WHEREAS, this project is eligible for funding under Grant 99/587-008-001
Street Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the cost for engineering and inspection are estimated not to exceed
$12,000; and
WHEREAS, the funds are available in the construction account of the '99 Street
Improvement Capital Project Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
'99 Street Improvement Capital Proiect Fund
From: Construction
$12,000
To' Engineering $12,000
