RESOLUTION NO. 2000-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $9,000 IN THE WATER AND SEWER SPECIAL REVENUE
FUND FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN OF MISSION STREET BLUFF SEWER LINE
RELOCATION.
WHEREAS, erosion has exposed the sewer manhole on Mission Street near the
bluff; and
WHEREAS, this section of the sewer system needs to be relocated; and
WHEREAS, engineering design of this project is expected to cost approximately
$9,000; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the contingency account of the Sewer
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
Water and Sewer Special Revenue Fund
From: Sewer- Contingency
$9,000
To' Sewer- Professional Services
$9,000
