RESOLUTION NO. 99-48
Administration
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $10,000 IN THE AIRPORT LAND SYSTEM SPECIAL REVENUE
FUND FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR.
WHEREAS, due to timing of the fiscal year end, the change order to the Flight
Service Station HVAC replacement was charged against the current year
budget; and
WHEREAS, the resulting balance in the Land Department repair and
maintenance account is insufficient for normal annual activity; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Land Department contingency account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be 'made:
Airport Land System Specie Revenue Fund
From: Land- Contingency
$10,000
To: Land - Repair and Maintenance
$10,000
