RESOLUTION NO. 98-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING $2,975 FROM GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY TO
PURCHASE FURNISHINGS FOR THE NEW ANIMAL CONTROL SHELTER.
WHEREAS, the new Animal Control Shelter is in operation; and
WHEREAS, furnishings such as tables,' chairs, a desk and other items are
needed to properly operate the Shelter; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the General Fund contingency
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
General Fund
From: Contingency
To: Animal Control - Small Tools & Minor Equipment
