CITY OF KENAI
RESOLUTION NO. 98-63
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, SETTING THE
PUBLIC HEARING DATE ON THE PROPOSED CROW COURT PAVING DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai has received a petition to form a special assessment
district in the above-mentioned paving project; and,
WHEREAS, the Council must set a date of public hearing on the proposed assessment
district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, that the date of the public hearing on the proposed Crow Court Paving
Special Assessment District be set for November 4, 1998.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, this 16th day of
September, 1998.
