WHEREAS, the City solicited Invitations for Bids to lease the restaurant in the airport
terminal and received tho following bids:

WHEREAS, Don A. Middleton m~bmitted the higher of the two bids; and
WHERBAS, it is the reCOnunendation ofthe Administration the lease be awarded to Don
A. Middleton; and ' .,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined that tho pr0P°sal'submitted'
by Don A. Middleton would bo in the best interest of the City.. . ·
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF .T~ CITY OF
