RESOLUTION NO. 97-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA " .... , .'
TRANSFERRING $5,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR' SECURING CERTAIN
QUIT CLAIM DEEDS.
WHEREAS, sales value of certain property owned by the City would be
increased if the City received quit claim deeds from the prior owners; and
WHEREAS, the prior owners will have to agree to provide quit claim deeds on
this property for a reasonable fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
