June 3, 1997; and" was received' On WHEREAS, the recommendation of the City Engineer and the Airport Manager is to award the contract to Wince-CorthelI-Bryson; and WHEREAS,' sufficient funds have been appropriated to award this project; and WHEREAS, this contract 18 to provide resident engineering services including computation of quantities, inspection, construction surveying, and testing; and WHEREAS, the contract award is contingent upon FAA approval and receipt of grant funds; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai ha8 determined that the award to Wince-COrthelI-Bryson would be in the best interest of the City. .NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF.
