ASSOCIATE8 FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED .KENA! ANIMAL CONTROL"~$HELTERI
- 1997 FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $19,220.00. ' ' i .*' ......*...
WHEREAS, Kluge and Associates' proposal dated April 29, 1997, was received on. that
date; and, '
WHEREAS, the recommendation of the Public Works Director and the Administration is.
to award the contract to Kluge and Associates; and,
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated to award this project; .and,
WHEREAS, this contract is to provide construction inspection services; and,
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined that the award,to.
and Associates would be in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE* CITY OF'KENAI~
ALASKA, that the contract for construction inspection services for the pr~entitled ·
"Kenai Animal Control Shelter- 1997" be awarded to Kluge and Associates for' th· total
amount of $19,220.00.
