TRAINING CENTER PROJECT, TO INCLUDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE8 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT FOR THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT
OF $510,000.00.
WHEREAS, Morrison Maierle, Inc.'s estimate dated August 21 1997, haS' been
reviewed by the city; and '
WHEREAS, this contra, ct amendment will provide the bidding, construCt, ion
management, and onsite inspection services for the construction phase of the project;
and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated to award this project; and
WHER.EAS, the. recommendation of the City Administration Is to award this amendment
to Momson Malerle, Inc.'e contract; and
WHEREAS, the award of this amendment is contingent upon FAA approval., and
funding; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY O.F KENAi,
AI.~.8.KA, that the contract with Morrison Maierle, Inc. for the Alaska Regional Fire
Trmn~ng Center Project be amended to Include the professional services for the
construction phase for the not-to.exceed amount of $510,000.00.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA this 3r~ day of
September, 1997.
