NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that the contract to Morrison-Maierle, Inc. be increased by $!7,800. This cost seems high for a project that is expected to cost $40,000 to $80,000 to th~ consultant fees to b~ in the neighborhood of 20% of construction costs.
