A RESOLUTION. OFT HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
TRANSFERRING-S2,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR A TRAZNING"
SEMINAR ON CIVIL RIGHTS AND. ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAWS.
WHEREAS, the Administration desires a seninar on Civil:
Rights and Anti-Discrimination Laws be presented to all
employees of'the City of Kenai; and
WHEREAS, this expenditure was not included in the FY96
budget; and ·
WHEREAS, money is available in the non-departmental
insurance account due to lower insurance premiums.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made=
