AWA D!N '. WHEREAS, the first two phases of Schematic Desiqn Development Services have been completed by Kluge and Associate*,$ as authorizedbyResolution 93-55, and .... THE PRO~ECT FOR THE LUMP: and hqiEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated to award desiqn and construction contract phase of this project, and WHEREAS, the reco~mendation of the Public Works Department is to award the contract to Kluge and Associates, and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined that award to this firmwould be in the best interest of the City, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THECOUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, that the contract for the Architect/Engineering Design of the project entitled Kenai Animal Shelter be awarded to Kluge and Associates for the lump s,m of $28,185.
