A RESOLUTION OFT HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE
CHALLENGER LEARNING CENTER FOR A NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF
$10,000 TO K. SCOTT ANDASSOCIATES.
WHEREAS, K. SCOtt and Associates has submitted a proposal to
conduct the feasibility study~ and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kenai has determined
that the proposal of K. Scott and Associates is responsible~
and
WHEREAS, sufficient monies are appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that a contract for the amount not to exceed
$10,000 be awarded to K. Scott and Associates.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
22nd day of November, 1995.
