NOW THEREFORE BB IT RF~OLV~ BY THE'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KEN~, ALASKA THAT the City of Kenai supports the IBPA's position of continuing to allow for discharges as historically permitted, and that the City of ICenai requests the EPA to eliminate language in the draft permit that requires increased monitoring and sampling, due to the burdensome cost of such regulatiOm without benefit to the environment.
