WHEREAS, Christnas decorations are desired by the City
Council and citizens of the City of Kenai; and
WHEREAS, money 'is available for transfer in the contingency
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, that the following budget transfers be made:
